Size: HALF GALLON
Color: STRONG CORNFLOWER BLUE, and the color displays solidly throughout the jar, not just in the thicker areas
Closure: fine Hero zinc cap
Appearance: shiny
Condition: normal flaking of the ground mouth with one thin flake not quite detached
Strength of embossing: medium to strong
Base: "PAT NOV 26 67" encircling a "40"
Age: late 1800's
Availability: an extremely rare color for this series
