Closure: heavy applied grooved-ring wax sealer mouth finish
Appearance: whittled and sparkling glass
Condition: repaired v-shaped chip on inner mouth as shown
Strength of embossing: medium to strong
Base: iron pontil scar
Age: 1850's
Availability: scarce, and note this is the more rare variety with a heavy applied inner and outer mouth instead of the usual sheared inner lip
