DESCRIPTION
Size: QUART
Color: AQUAMARINE
Closure: Wax seal grooved formed by a sheared inner mouth and an applied outer ring made of iron. Original iron ring with some rust damage along the top edge, but all intact. Comes with an early unmarked tin cap.
Appearance: sparkling glass
Condition: no damage, normal roughness of the sheared mouth
Embossing: strong
Base: hinge mold, smooth base
Age: c1860-1870
