Closure: original high-finned glass lid embossed on the bottom "PATENT APPD FOR" and original shaped iron wire clamp
Appearance: sparkling glass
Condition: excellent attic-fresh condition, with chipping along the ground mouth as shown which is typical for this series
Embossing: strong
Base: unmarked
Age: late 1800's
Availability: Rare, this outstanding example is fresh to the market, and comes from the estate of a former resident of Canton, Ohio
