Color: HONEY AMBER
Closure: rare original glass lid with 1888 patent date, and a replica clamp
Appearance: sparkling glass
Condition: near mint with a single flake on the inner edge of the mouth
Embossing: medium
Base: "PAT JAN 3d 1888"
Age: late 1800's
Availability: Extremely rare, a fine example, and fresh to the market. This jar recently turned up at a household estate sale. The beautiful lighter amber color is unusual for this series.
