DESCRIPTION
Size: HALF GALLON
Color: AQUAMARINE
Closure: Original glass lid and original 3-piece iron clamp assembly in great shape with some of the original black paint. The clamp is a scarcer variant with round thumbscrew as shown.
Appearance: Sparkling and crude glass character with seed bubbles and whittling throughout.
Condition: normal minor nicking of the ground mouth
Embossing: strong
Base: "1"
Age: late 1800's
Availability: a scarce jar in this large size, and a beautiful example
