Color: AQUAMARINE
Closure: original glass lid (small edge chip) and fine original cast iron yoke clamp with thumbscrew and spanner bar, the clamp retains some of the original black paint and is in nice clean shape
Appearance: shiny glass
Condition: manufacturer's chipping of the ground mouth all around which is typical for this series
Embossing: strong
Base: "5"
Age: 1870's
Availability: a scarce complete specimen and a fine example
