DESCRIPTION
An aqua half gallon (regular size half gallon) that is embossed on the front: HAMILTON GLASS WORKS, and on the back side: CLAMP JAR 1/2 GAL. Sparkling condition with no damage or stains. Has a tiny flake on the outer ring and some roughness and flaking on the glass lid. Correct original sealing gasket and correct original cast iron yoke clamp with thumbscrew. Base: unmarked. A great looking example of this highly-appealing early jar.
