DESCRIPTION
An aqua quart that is embossed on the front: "WHITNEY" and on the base: "WHITNEY GLASS WORKS GLASSBORO, NJ". Original glass lid that threads into the zinc screw band which in turn threads onto the neck of the jar. Fine condition with no damage or stains throughout. Has one manufacturer's pot stone that has a tiny radiation that is nearly too small to see with the naked eye. A good scarce early jar that is rarely seen for sale.
