Closure:  original MASON DISK PROTECTOR CAP with milk glass pickle-pusher immerser insert

Appearance:  whittled and sparkling glass throughout

Condition:  shallow chip on the ground mouth

Embossing:  strong both front and back

Base: "A 49"

Age:  late 1800's

Availability:  scarce complete example with beautiful glass character
