Size: HALF GALLON
Color: AQUAMARINE
Closure: original wide mouth dome shaped glass lid (amber swirled) and scarce original 2-piece iron clamp assembly
Appearance: shiny glass with a light whittled effect
Condition: no damage, has two tiny manufacturer's potstones with barely-perceptible radations, one shown and one under the base
Embossing: strong
Base: a single raised dot
Age: c1869
Availability: rare, especially with the complete original closure, a great looking jar
