DESCRIPTION
An aqua quart-sized example with bright, clean glass, sharp embossing and no damage or stains. The smooth mouth finish has a tiny edge flake in back. Unmarked glass insert and a good zinc band closure. Base: unmarked. A highly-appealing old jar and a fine example.
From the Philip Robinson Museum Collection. This particular jar was one of the group of jars used by Phil in his presentation: "THE PARABLE OF THE JARS".
