DESCRIPTION
An early aqua quart embossed on the front in two lines as shown: "BENNETTS No 1" which is superimposed over a peened-out: "ADAMS & CO MANUFACTURERS PITTSBURGH Pa". Shiny glass is in fine shape throughout with no damage or stains. Has two nicks on the outer mouth. Correct original glass lid also in good shape with some minor flaking. The jar displays a streak of olive green glass running all the way up the back. Base: unmarked. Ex: ALEX KERR collection.
