DESCRIPTION
A shoulder seal half gallon embossed: "MASONS (Hero Cross) PATENT NOV 30TH 1858". Comes in a gorgeous brilliant yellow with variegated swirls of deeper and lighter color as shown. Sparkling condition without damage or stains. The ground mouth has edge flaking. Base: "PAT NOV 26 67" encircling a "364". A beautifully colored 1858 jar.
