DESCRIPTION
Size: QUART
Color: AQUAMARINE
Closure: Good original cast iron yoke clamp with original thumbscrew and original wire. Original aqua glass lid.
Appearance: Sparkling glass with seed bubbles, and a crude swirl line crossing through "1881".
Condition: Ground mouth flaking. Manufacturer's flaw at the shoulder with a small dimple molded into the glass with a 3/8" cooling fissure.
Embossing: strong
Base: "4"
Age: late 1800's
Availability: scarce side wire version and a sharp-looking example
