A strong true cornflower blue applied mouth wax sealer half gallon, embossed on the base between two parallel lines: "FCGCo". Fine condition with no flaking of the applied mouth, which is rare to find. There is a tiny manufacturer's pot stone defect in an unusual (and harmless) spot....inside the inner applied ring of the mouth, as shown. The inside of the jar shows some light content deposit. A great looking colored wax sealer jar from Louisville, KY.
This item is from the Philip Robinson Museum collection.
