This half gallon deep amber Mason displays fantastic glass character with seed bubbles and a crude texture throughout. Note also the unusual embossing variation, with an embossed period after "1858". Brilliant condition with no damage or stains. Excellent ground mouth with very little flaking. Comes with an early lettered Boyd zinc cap. A great looking piece of early glass.
This item is from the Darryl Pearson collection.
